RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We get it, sometimes things don’t fit how you expected. Here’s how returns work at OFFTIK:

We offer instant exchanges, store credit (with an extra 10%), or a refund if your order meets the requirements.

You have 31 days from purchase to lodge your return via our portal.

Once submitted, your return label will be issued, you can either pay for it directly or have the cost deducted from your refund.

RETURN CONDITIONS (STRICT)

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Be in original packaging, including zip lock bag
  • Have ALL tags attached (including hang tags)

⚠️ If tags are removed or packaging is not original, the return will be rejected. No exceptions.

Items must also be free from:

  • Stains, marks, or damage
  • Pet hair
  • Perfume or any scents

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

  • Sale or bundled items
  • Items purchased with a discount code or promotion
  • Underwear & swimwear
  • Headwear

OFFTIK reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Please make sure your return meets all of the above conditions before sending it back.
Anything outside of this criteria will not be accepted.

If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the reason. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense, or we can dispose of the item on your behalf.
