Returns & Exchanges Policy

We get it, sometimes things don’t fit how you thought they would. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges at OFFTIK:

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

For any damaged or faulty items, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve it while it's still fresh in our system.
Reports made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be considered.


How to Request an Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund.

Email support@off-tik.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note about what you'd like (exchange, store credit, etc.)

  • Any supporting pics if needed

We don’t accept or process returns without an order number — make sure you include it so we can help you faster.
