Heavyweight fleece, high-density chenille, gloss nylon and custom hardware. Look after your OFFTIK™ pieces properly and they'll hold their shape, colour and shine for years.

Every piece, every wash
The golden rules

Wash cold
30°C max on a gentle cycle. Cold water protects the colours, prints and fit.

Inside out
Turn every piece inside out and close zips and snaps. Logos, chenille and graphics stay protected from the drum.

No tumble dryer
Line dry or lay flat in the shade. Dryer heat shrinks fleece and wrecks chenille and gloss finishes.

No bleach
Use a mild detergent and skip the bleach and fabric softener. Both strip colour and break down fibres.
Our Premium Heavyweight OFFTIK™ Signature Fleece Blend has a soft brushed interior and a structured drape. Most pieces carry high-density chenille logos, so treat them gently.
- Wash
- Cold machine wash (30°C max), inside out, on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Use a laundry bag for pieces with chenille.
- Dry
- Lay flat or line dry in the shade. Never tumble dry. Heat shrinks the fleece and loosens the chenille.
- Iron
- Low heat, inside out only. Never iron directly on chenille, embroidery or prints.
- Store
- Fold it, don't hang it. Heavyweight fleece stretches out at the shoulders on a hanger over time.
Two-tone & light colourways
Wash white, pink and two-tone pieces on their own for the first few washes so no dark dye transfers onto the light panels.
OFFTIK™ Signature Nylon shells come in high-shine gloss, smooth matte and tonal monogram jacquard, all with insulated fill. They're water-resistant, not waterproof. Clean them only when they need it.
- Spot clean
- Start here. Wipe marks off the shell with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then wipe again with clean water.
- Wash
- If it needs a full wash, close all zips and snaps and use a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. No fabric softener, because it clumps the fill.
- Dry
- Air dry flat or on a wide hanger, away from heaters and direct sun. Shake it out every hour or so to spread the fill evenly. Make sure it's fully dry before you put it away.
- Store
- Hang on a wide, padded hanger with space around it. Don't keep it squashed in a bag or drawer, or the fill loses its loft.
Never iron or dry clean
Heat and dry-cleaning chemicals dull gloss finishes and can melt nylon. If a crease won't drop out, hang the puffer in a steamy bathroom instead.
Our Signature OFFTIK™ cotton blend and premium cotton fleece are soft with a little stretch. Stamped graphics and all-over monogram prints stay sharp longest with a cold, gentle wash.
- Wash
- Cold, inside out, gentle cycle with similar colours.
- Dry
- Line dry in the shade. Never tumble dry. Cotton shrinks and printed graphics crack in high heat.
- Iron
- Low heat, inside out. Keep the iron off stamped graphics and the woven label.
- Drawcords
- Tie the drawcord in a loose bow before washing so it can't slip back into the waistband.

Chenille logos
Don't brush, pick or pull at the loops. If one comes loose, snip it level with small scissors. Never pull it out.

Embroidered patches
Wash inside out so the patch doesn't rub against the drum, and press it from the reverse side only.

Metal plaques & snaps
Close snaps before washing. Wipe metal plaques with a soft, dry cloth and keep them away from bleach and harsh cleaners.

Lace dubraes & aglets
Take them off before you clean your shoes, and keep them in their box when you're not wearing them so they don't get scratched.
Care FAQ
Got a question?
Will my hoodie shrink?
Not if you keep it away from heat. Cold washes and air drying keep heavyweight fleece true to size. Hot water and the tumble dryer are what cause shrinkage.
My chenille logo is shedding a little. Is that normal?
A few loose fibres in the first couple of wears and washes are normal for high-density chenille, and it settles quickly. Wash inside out in a laundry bag and never brush the logo.
Can I wear my puffer in the rain?
Light rain, yes. The shell is water-resistant and sheds a shower. It isn't waterproof, though, so after a soaking hang it up to air dry fully, away from heaters, before you store it.
How do I get pilling off my fleece?
Light pilling where fleece rubs (under the arms, on the cuffs) is normal with wear. Gently run a fabric shaver over it, keeping well clear of chenille and prints. Washing inside out cuts down on pilling.
