SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We’re all about getting your OFFTIK gear to you fast, safe, and stress-free — but here’s everything you need to know about how it works.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Our warehouse is located in Victoria, so Victorian public holidays may impact dispatch times.

  • We do not ship on weekends — orders placed on Fridays after 5pm AEST, including during drops, will begin processing from the following non-public holiday business day.

Once your order’s packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order all the way to your door.

⏳ Please note: These are our processing times only. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we do not control how quickly Australia Post or any other courier delivers it. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s workload — especially during peak periods.

STANDARD SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

  • Delivery Time: 2–7 business days

  • Carrier: Australia Post or trusted local partners

EXPRESS SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Tracking: Yes

  • Carrier: Australia Post Express or similar

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (location dependent)

  • Tracking: Yes

  • Customs Fees: Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
